Our Classes

  • Reformer Beginner

    Specifically created for people who are either brand new to Reformer Pilates, or for those who don’t yet feel fully accustomed to the Reformer machine, our beginner classes still provide a challenge.

    Reformer Beginner is slightly slower paced, focusing on fundamental moves and getting to know the Reformer.

    You will confidently finish the class with a deeper understanding of the key Pilates principles and knowledge of the Reformer machine.

    We recommend taking a few beginner classes before progressing to our ‘Reformer Intermediate’ classes.

  • Reformer Intermediate

    Specifically created for people who have taken at least one Reformer Pilates beginner class previously, our intermediate classes provide a slightly faster paced flow with high repetition.

    Our skilled instructors will adapt movements and provide modifications to best suit your abilities, alongside giving you the option to challenge yourself further with progressions.

    You will confidently finish the class feeling motivated and strong.

    Please note that our intermediate classes are not suitable for people who are brand new to Reformer Pilates.

  • Reformer Jump

    Specifically created for people who feel a little more confident on the Reformer machine and would like to experience a slightly more dynamic class, these classes use a padded jump board instead of a foot bar to provide a more cardio-focused Pilates class.

    You can expect this class to be faster paced, with lots of jumps, kicks and presses against the board.

    You will confidently finish the class feeling strong and sweaty.

    Please note that our jump classes are not suitable for those who are new to Reformer Pilates, pre-natal or clients with osteoporosis.

  • Legs, Bums + Tums

    Specifically created for people who have taken at least one beginner class previously, these Reformer classes place a strong focus on movements to engage and tone the legs, glutes and core.

    You can expect this class to contain lots of high repetition, pulses and holds.

    You will confidently finish the class feeling strong and invigorated, with a clear grasp of mind to muscle connection.

    Please note, ‘Legs, Bums + Tums’ is not suitable for pre-natal clients due to the heavy focus on inner thighs, groins and abdominals.
