Welcome to Reform Rituals Limited (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, website, and any products related to Reformer Pilates classes, workshops, or events provided by Reform Rituals Limited. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a class, purchasing a membership, or attending a session at Reform Rituals Limited, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time, and the most current version will be posted on this page.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Class Bookings:
You can book a Reformer Pilates class through our website. To secure your booking, you may be required to provide payment at the time of booking, depending on the type of session or membership you choose.

2.2 Payment:
Payments for classes, packages, and memberships are accepted via our online booking system. We accept credit/debit cards, and any other payment methods specified on our website.

2.3 Pricing:
Prices for classes, workshops, and memberships are subject to change. Any price changes will be reflected on our website and will not affect any bookings already made.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Class Cancellations by Clients:
You can cancel your class booking with no charge up to 12 hours before the class start time. Cancellations made after this period will result in a loss of the class credit with no refund available.

3.2 No Shows & Lateness:
If you do not attend a booked class and do not provide prior notice of cancellation, you will forfeit the full class fee. The same applies for any lateness to class, as we will lock the doors at the class start time for health and safety purposes.

3.3 Class Cancellations by Reform Rituals Limited:
In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule a class, you will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to transfer your booking to another available session or receive a full refund.

4. Memberships

4.1 Membership Terms:
Memberships are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase (e.g., 1 month, 3 months, etc.). Memberships are non-transferable, and any unused sessions within the membership period may expire unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Suspension or Cancellation of Membership:
You may suspend or cancel your membership by providing at least 14 days notice to Reform Rituals Limited. Membership cancellation may be subject to a cancellation fee if specified in your membership agreement. All memberships have a minimum term of 2 months, and then will go on to automatically renew monthly until cancelled.

4.3 Auto-Renewal:
If you select an auto-renewing membership, the membership will renew automatically at the end of each period unless you notify us of your intent to cancel a minimum of 14 days before the renewal date.

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Physical Condition:
By participating in Reformer Pilates classes, you affirm that you are physically able to do so and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent you from engaging in exercise. If you have any concerns about your physical health or condition, please consult your doctor before participating in any classes.

5.2 Pre-Existing Injuries:
It is your responsibility to inform your instructor of any pre-existing injuries, conditions, or health concerns prior to participating in any class.

5.3 Liability:
While we take all necessary steps to ensure the safety of our clients, participation in any Reformer Pilates classes and attending the studio is at your own risk. Reform Rituals Limited will not be liable for any injury, illness, or loss suffered whilst at the studio or partaking in any classes, whether on the premises or in connection with any online sessions.

6. Online Classes (If Applicable)

6.1 Access to Online Content:
We may offer online classes or workshops (“Online Classes”) via video conferencing platforms or recorded content. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary equipment and internet access to participate in these classes.

6.2 Technical Issues:
Reform Rituals Limited is not responsible for any technical issues you may experience when participating in Online Classes. If you are unable to join an Online Class due to technical issues, we will not offer a refund or reschedule.

7. Code of Conduct

7.1 Respect for Others:
We expect all clients to behave respectfully and considerately towards others. Abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the class without refund.

7.2 Personal Items:
Reform Rituals Limited is not responsible for the loss or damage to any personal items brought into the studio. We encourage you to leave valuables at home or in secure locations.

8. Data Protection

8.1 Privacy:
We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information provided to us will be used solely in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8.2 Marketing Communications:
By using our services, you agree to receive marketing communications from us, such as promotional emails or newsletters. You can opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the communication.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership of Content:
All content on the Reform Rituals Limited website, including but not limited to text, images, videos, logos, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Reform Rituals Limited and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reform Rituals Limited’s liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the specific service that caused the claim. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
